General workmanship: Limited Lifetime - Minimum 3 years Residential Our guaranteed work is limited to labour only I.E. Improper installation or assembly. Warranties on all installed materials are subject to manufacturer's terms, where South Coast Sundecks will represent our clients interests first. Warranties on all sub-trade company services are facilitated through their terms and will be no less than 3 years according to our terms and conditions. Commercial labour warranties are 1 year. Warranty on Tufdek vinyl membranes: Up to 15 Years Warranty on composite decking: Up to 25 years Warranty on wood decking & railings: Up to Nature, Installation Procedures, Species & Maintenance Warranty on aluminum railings systems: Up to lifetime Warranty on glass railings systems: Up to lifetime Warranty on deck & patio covers: Up to lifetime Warranty on caulking: 1 Year (May effect other warranty stipulations as there is customer reliance on maintenance) When it comes to a new vinyl deck flooring installation this is the difference between a 'Renovation' Installation and a 'New construction B.C. building code' installation, as the latter has little reliance on caulking. |
